Hello and welcome to Colour INKspitation #143. This challenge we are using the wonderful new In Colours for 2023! I love these beautiful hues and find them so versatile and easy to work with.
This challenge image was chosen by team member Jacque Williams. I love these beautiful boots. we are welcoming Maheswari Rajaguru as our guest designer so I am sure she will have something wonderful to share with you too.
I have created my card using the Lazy Days Bundle.
A lovely stamp and die set from the new 2023 -2024 Annual Catalogue, that is very easy to use.
I wanted to create a verandah scene from an Australian house. I have used the Scoreboard to create some dimension in the background by scoring to make a weatherboard look.
I have used a Water Painter and ink to colour the pot/barrel and leaves after colouring and stamping with my Stamparatus. I also coloured the birdhouse roof using the same technique. This was such a fun scene to create and it came together very quickly. There are some wonderful images and beautifully detailed dies in this stamp set. Make sure you check it out on page 19 of the Annual Catalogue.
