Stampers Showcase Blog Hop - All You Need Is Love

Hello and welcome to the All You Need Is Love Stampers Showcase Blog Hop!

Valentines Day is almost here so I decided to create with the Come Sail Away Memories and More Card Pack. These cards are so versatile when creating for the men in your life. I really enjoyed how quickly this card came together. And the perfect sentiments for this card were also included in the Memories and More Card Pack! I wanted to create a more masculine Valentine's Day card.

I started with a Night of Navy card base measuring 21cm x 14.8 cm scored and folded in half. I also cut a piece of Night of Navy card stock to measure 10.5cm x 10.5cm to matt under the cards.

I cut the Life is Better with you card down to 7.5cm x 10.2cm. And the striped card at the side to 2.5cm x 10.2cm. I glued both these cards to the Navy card matt and ran some of the Night of Navy/Sahara Sand Bakers Twine around the card where the two cards meet. Securing with  glue dot behind.

I tied one of the anchors from the Sail Away Trinkets to another piece of the twine and secured this twine to the back and the the anchor to the front with glued dots.

I placed the Love You sticker from the Memories and More Card Pack on the bottom left of the larger sentiment. I then popped this layer up with dimensionals.

Such an easy card to create. I truly love all the Memories and More Card Packs in the catalogues. They really allow a lot of versatility when creating and are very cost effective too.

Up next on this blog hop is the wonderful Marita Dreissen from Germany. She has something beautiful to share with you. Please click on the next blog button below to go to her blog post.

Birthday Bonanza Card

Hello and thank you for stopping by!

I finished this card today and wanted to share it with you all.

I am loving creating with the Bonanza Buddies Bundle. It is simple, sweet and so easy to create with.

This bundle is in the new Mini Catalogue that runs from January until June 2020. If you would like a copy of the catalogue please contact me for your free copy.

I used a Whisper White card base measuring 21cm x 14.8cm scored and folded in half. I then cut another piece of Whisper White card stock to 10cm x 14.4cm and created the animal scene on that.

I stamped, coloured and die cut the animal images. See below for colours used. I cut two pieces of the  Birthday Bonanza DSP. 10cm x 1.2cm for the striped piece and 10cm x 0.5cm for the Bermuda Bay spotty paper and glued them to the base.

I stamped the sentiment in Bermuda Bay and die cut using the square stitched shape. I cut a small slither of the Bermuda Bay spotty DSP for the pole. I glued this strip to the Whisper White layer and popped the sentiment sign up on dimensionals on top of the pole.

I stamped the three presents in the coloured inks listed  in products below and stamped the ribbon stamp on top in Memento™ Tuxedo Black. I fussy cut these out.

I placed all images on the top of the Bermuda Bay spotty DSP with dimensionals. I placed the Daffodil Delight ribbon around the bottom of the card and attached with a glue dot behind. Then used the same technique to attach the Whisper White Solid Bakers Twine. Then tied it in a bow on the right hand side.

Thank you for visiting my post today. I hope you like this stamp set as much as I do. It is so sweet!

I hope I have inspired you in some way.

Kylie's Demonstrator Training Monthly Team Blog Hop - January

Hello and welcome to Kylie's Demonstrator Training Monthly Team Blog Hop!

Thank you for stopping by. There is a lot of amazingly talented people hopping with us each month. Great for inspiring us with fun and creative ideas.

I love the cute Little Ladybug hostess stamp set and have enjoyed making some cards over the weekend. I decided to use this card for this months blog hop.

I started with a Granny Apple Green card Base Measuring 21cm x 14.85cm scored and folded in half.

I then cut another piece of Granny Apple Green Card Stock to 10cm x 14.4cm and a piece of the green striped DSP to 9.8cm x 14.2cm. I glued these two Layers together and glued them to the card front.

I stamped the small Ladybug's on the bottom left side of a piece of Whisper White card stock measuring 9cm x 13.4cm in Memento™Tuxedo Black.  Then stamping the sentiment on the right side of the Ladybugs. Then I stamped the larger Ladybug issue on a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock. I then coloured all the Ladybug's in with the Real Red Stampin' Blends. I cut out the larger Ladybug and used Dimensionals to place it above the sentiment. I glued this stamped layer to a piece of Granny Apple Green card stock measuring 9.2cm x 13.6cm.

I tied the Whisper White Solid Bakers Twine around these layers and tied a bow under the larger Ladybug. Then with glue I attached the three real red flower sequins. Then using dimensionals popped this layer up in the centre of the card.

I had a lot of fun creating with this stamp set and can't wait to get back to my craft desk to create again with it.

Thank you for visiting my blog and make sure you hop around to see what everyone has created for you this month. See links at bottom of post.

The weather has been cooler with a few showers here on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. We are so very thankful for the change in weather as over 70% of my local government area has burnt in the past few weeks. We have lost many homes, wildlife and lives. It has been a very difficult few weeks for all Australians. My little coastal village is over 12 Kilometres from any of the fire activity. We have had ash falling and the smell of smoke remains in the air. Burnt leaves fall in our yard. But we are the lucky ones. Our Rural Fire Service has done an amazing job with many other services including the SES, Navy, Army and firefighters from overseas too. So grateful for all these people and the ordinary Australians who have gone out of their way to lend a hand.

Have a wonderful week friends.
I hope you have some time to be creative too!

Colour INKspiration #70

Hello and welcome to my blog!

I am so happy to be part of this very special challenge. Today marks three years since the Colour INKspiration Challenges began. I loved looking at the Crews blogs and admired their amazing work. I then entered the challenges prior to being asked to be part of the crew.  It has been just over a year since I became part of the crew and these girls are all amazingly talented and beautiful ladies.

You may have come here from Cathy Pinchbeck!

The theme for this special hop is Birthday's and we were able to choose our colours!  I have chosen Night Of Navy, Melon Mambo and Whisper White. We would love you to play along with us for this challenge by choosing your own colours or use the colours someone from the design team has used. It should be fun to play along with your favourite colours. I can't wait to see what has been created by the challenge participants. The challenge will run for one month.

I decided to make a Birthday card with a friend in mind. I have used the Tea together stamp Set from the Annual Catalogue.

I stamped the Teapot in Night of Navy on Shimmery White card stock then used my aqua painter to create the navy stripes. I stamped the flowers in Melon Mambo on Shimmer White card stock and again used my aqua painter to colour. I used the coordinating Tea Time dies to die cut the images. I also cut the leaves off the flowers for this card.

I embossed a piece of Shimmery White card stock measuring 9.8cm x 14.2cm using the Subtles 3D embossing folder. I glued this to another piece of Shimmery White card stock measuring 14.4cm x 10cm. I popped this up on a Night of Navy card base using Dimensionals, the card base measuring 21cm x 14.85cm scored and folded in half.

I placed the Tea Pot with Dimensionlas and attached the flowers with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Botanical Bliss stamp set in Versamark™ on Night of Navy card stock and sprinkled on some White Embossing Powder and set with the Heat Tool. I cut a banner at the end and attached to the card with glue.

Next up is the amazing Nikki Spencer who always has beautiful creations to share  Please click on the next button to go to her blog!

Thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you are enjoying the New Year and if you are in Australia I hope you are not affected by the fires.

Have a great week!
