Colour INKspiration - #CI55

Hello and welcome to another Colour INKspiration Crew Blog Hop!

How beautiful are the colours in this challenge!

Just gorgeous!

I initially set out to create a card with three to four of the colours. But when I looked at my stamp sets in my retiring pile I was drawn to the beautiful images the Hand Delivered Stamp Set.

It has been a more relaxed week for me and I have been enjoying some water colouring. I decided that I would watercolour the girl from the Hostess Stamp Set Hand Delivered. This stamp set retires on the 3rd of July.

All images are inked in Memento™ Tuxedo Black on Shimmery White card stock that was cut with the largest Rectangle Stitched Shape Framelits™Dies. I then water coloured all images. I fussy cut the sweet little flowers and leaves. I have used more water to create a softer look for the balloons.

For the sentiment layer I cut a Stitched Rectangle Framelits™Die in Basic Black Card Stock. The sentiment was stamped in Versa Mark™ and then heat embossed using the White Stampin' Emboss Powder.

The card base is Coastal Cabana and a layer of Smokey Slate Card Stock is the mat between the Shimmery White and Coastal Cabana. The sentiment layer is placed with Dimensionals to raise it up and the flowers were glued to the corners.

Please see below for items that I have used to create my card.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today. Please make sure that you hop around to see what the other creative ladies have created for the Colour INKspiration #CI55 Challenge. I would encourage you to participate in these challenges. They are the perfect way to get your creative ideas happening.
