Kylie's Demonstrator Training Monthly Team Blog Hop - January

Hello and welcome to Kylie's Demonstrator Training Monthly Team Blog Hop!

Thank you for stopping by. There is a lot of amazingly talented people hopping with us each month. Great for inspiring us with fun and creative ideas.

I love the cute Little Ladybug hostess stamp set and have enjoyed making some cards over the weekend. I decided to use this card for this months blog hop.

I started with a Granny Apple Green card Base Measuring 21cm x 14.85cm scored and folded in half.

I then cut another piece of Granny Apple Green Card Stock to 10cm x 14.4cm and a piece of the green striped DSP to 9.8cm x 14.2cm. I glued these two Layers together and glued them to the card front.

I stamped the small Ladybug's on the bottom left side of a piece of Whisper White card stock measuring 9cm x 13.4cm in Memento™Tuxedo Black.  Then stamping the sentiment on the right side of the Ladybugs. Then I stamped the larger Ladybug issue on a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock. I then coloured all the Ladybug's in with the Real Red Stampin' Blends. I cut out the larger Ladybug and used Dimensionals to place it above the sentiment. I glued this stamped layer to a piece of Granny Apple Green card stock measuring 9.2cm x 13.6cm.

I tied the Whisper White Solid Bakers Twine around these layers and tied a bow under the larger Ladybug. Then with glue I attached the three real red flower sequins. Then using dimensionals popped this layer up in the centre of the card.

I had a lot of fun creating with this stamp set and can't wait to get back to my craft desk to create again with it.

Thank you for visiting my blog and make sure you hop around to see what everyone has created for you this month. See links at bottom of post.

The weather has been cooler with a few showers here on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. We are so very thankful for the change in weather as over 70% of my local government area has burnt in the past few weeks. We have lost many homes, wildlife and lives. It has been a very difficult few weeks for all Australians. My little coastal village is over 12 Kilometres from any of the fire activity. We have had ash falling and the smell of smoke remains in the air. Burnt leaves fall in our yard. But we are the lucky ones. Our Rural Fire Service has done an amazing job with many other services including the SES, Navy, Army and firefighters from overseas too. So grateful for all these people and the ordinary Australians who have gone out of their way to lend a hand.

Have a wonderful week friends.
I hope you have some time to be creative too!
