Colour INKspiration #68

You may have arrived here from the amazing Julia Quinn

Hello and welcome to the Colour INKspiration #68 Crew Blog Hop!

This is a gorgeous colour combination and one of the prettiest for a Christmas card I think!

The beautiful colours for this challenge are Shaded Spruce, Blueberry Bushel, Pretty Peacock, Coastal Cabana and Silver Foil.

I used a Shaded Spruce Card base measuring 21cm x 14.8cm scored and folded in half.

I then cut a piece of Shimmery White Card Stock to measuring 14.4cm x  10cm.
I used an Aqua Painter to place some Coastal Cabana ink on the Shimmery White card stock to create a wash background.

I stamped each of the bells on Shimmery White card stock in Coastal Cabana, Shaded Spruce and Blueberry Bushel and used the Aqua Painter to colour each image in. I then cut them out with the coordinating die.

I cut a piece of the beautiful Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon and coloured it with my Dark Shaded Spruce Stampin' Blend. I wrapped this around the Shimmery White card layer and secured with glue at the back. I then glued this to the Shaded Spruce card base.

I popped the three little bells on the top of the Shimmery White card base using Dimensionals. I used the Silver Metallic Thread to make the bells look like they are hanging from the top of the card. I then adhered the Snowflake Sequins around the bells with glue.

I stamped the Sentiment on a piece of Shimmery White card stock in Pretty Peacock and cut this out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and placed this over the ribbon adhering with Dimensionals.
