Hello and welcome friends to my blog post where I am sharing a fun card I made using the Woodland Wishes Stamp Set to create a Christmas card. This is a sneak peek at a stamp set that will be available as an Online Exclusive from July…..so not long to wait!!
The card base is Peaceful Pine. A favourite new colour from the 2026-2028 In Colour™ Range. I have teamed it with the 2026 - 2028 In Colour™ Gingham Gallery Designer Series Paper which is also coming as an Online Exclusive in July. I love everything Gingham! I used the light Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend to add an extra stripe to the Gingham paper to make it a little more festive.
The white notebook page die belongs to the Extraordinary Dies. I have used this as the layer to arrange my critters on. This die is such a wonderful addition to your die collection. I think it works so well with many other stamp sets and dies. It is always fun to use.
The critters were stamped in Pecan Pie ink before fussy cutting them. The deer and porcupine both coloured using Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends, The fox was coloured with Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends. I used the new White Gel Pen to add small dots to the back of the deer.I arranged them on the notebook die layer and adhered them with Dimensionals. I stamped the three stars in Pecan Pie ink on the top left of the notebook layer. This layer added to the card front on an angle and secured with Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped in Peaceful Pine on Basic White card stock and punched with the Triple Banner Punch. I adhered a length of Peaceful Pine Ribbon to the back of the sentiment using glue tape. I bannered the ends of the ribbon and adhered this layer to the bottom left of the Notebook layer using Dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you like my Sunday project. I sure had fun creating it with the sweet images from this stamp set. Be sure to check it out in the Online Exclusives section from July 1.
